Use eLINC to obtain your Texas motor carrier operating authority. The bullets in the status bar above will be your guide. As you progress through the process, each section will be indicated by a yellow bullet. The sections you have successfully completed will turn green, while the sections you have yet to complete will remain white.

At the end of the self-registration process, your application will be subject to a TxDMV review, but your part of the process will be complete.

You will be notified within 24 hours by email the results of the review. If any of the information you provide does not meet TxDMV registration requirements, you will have 45 days to correct those deficiencies. At the end of that period, if you have not satisfied the outstanding requirements, your application will be closed and all fees will be kept.
